The BCDS Technical Service Centre provides all other Maintenance and Repair Services.


BCDS Repair Service Agreement Plans
BCDS offers you a variety of different Repair Service Agreement Plans that suit exactly to your requirements.

For the majority of customers who want a straightforward base repair Centre Service Solution, our Technical Support Team has designed a “Standard” Plan. Here, you simply send the equipment to our Technical Service Centre. BCDS tracks it, repairs it and ships it back to you within the specified turnaround time. The features of this “Standard” agreement are:
  •  Generally, an in-house turnaround time form 3 to 5 business days of receipt at the BCDS Technical Service Centre.
  •  All Service Centre parts and labour required for normal wear and tear remedial repairs as covered by manufacturer.
  •  Complimentary level access to our Help Desk for basic level questions relative to the covered product.
BCDS is not responsible for shipping and transportation in both directions.

Besides this “Standard” Plan, BCDS also offers a great variety of customized Service Agreements. Please contact us for further details.


Time and Material Services
Time and Material Services are available from BCDS on both, either on an on-location or on a return to base basis for repair services. These services are provided subject to the published Terms & Conditions and a once-off service fee will be charged.

As a Time and Material Service client you have access to our Technical Service Centre through contacting our Help Desk. This service is available to answer any basic hardware and software questions or inquiries relating to BCDS products.


BCDS Warranty
Every BCDS product carries an original manufacturer’s warranty. Two elements of warrant are available:
  •  Complimentary level telephone support through our Help Desk
  •  Back to Base Warranty Service:
All repairs are provided by BCDS trained technicians in a static-controlled environment. Warranty repairs are normally made within seven working days of receipt of product at the designated BCDS Service location.


Supplemental Services
Spare Parts are available for most of the products we supply.
Upgrades to software and new products can be speedily provided.
User manuals are available for the products we supply and support. We have a huge database covering even manuals for out of date and superceded equipment. If the manual you need might not be included, we make every endeavour to find them for you.
