If your enquiry is after business hours and you are eligible to speak with a support person, please refer to your Service Level Agreement for direct contact details or call 02 8536 1044.

To provide you with complete traceability of your equipment, you will need to apply for a Return Materials Authorisation number by contacting the Service Team direct on 02 8536 1000 or email service@bcds.com.au

The general information required by our service team is;

  • What type hardware are you sending us
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • General fault description
  • Your contact details
  • Return delivery details

Once you receive an RMA, the repair process starts immediately upon BCDS receiving your equipment.

MINIMUM INSPECTION FEE $65 if quote is rejected, or for goods booked in with no fault found. Inspection fee of $65 will be waived if accepted.

RETURN DELIVERY COST From $16 for Sydney Metro extra for country and interstate.

SERVICE WARRANTY All parts carry a 30 day limited warranty (excluding consumables).
Service warranty is limited to original parts replaced and the labour for that repair.

RETURN PROCEDURE Refer to your RMA once received.

For enquiries on your repair, please call our service team on (02) 8536 1044 and quote the RMA number.

Freight items returned to BCDS must be pre-paid (freight-collect deliveries will not be accepted). BCDS recommend returning goods via a courier so POD’s can be provided if requested. By returning items to BCDS, you acknowledge acceptance of the above.
